Proposed new Authority for N.Yorks
The proposed new Unitary Authority for North Yorkshire should operate from April 2023. The existing District Councils, including Harrogate Borough Council, will disappear from that time. Further information on the North Yorkshire website http://www.northyorks.gov.uk/StrongerTogether
